Dr. Helene Wright
Founder, President & Executive Director
Dr. Helene D. Wright is the Founder and Executive Director of 5 Generations & 2. With over 20 years of leadership experience in higher education, nonprofit management, and corporate operations, she has dedicated her career to advancing mentorship, equity, and community empowerment.
Dr. Wright holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy with a specialization in Public Service Leadership and Human Services, and has led national and regional programs that connect individuals and families with resources for lasting success. Her vision for 5 Generations & 2 is rooted in a multi-generational legacy of resilience and service, inspired by the five generations of strong women in her family.
Board of Directors
5 Generations & 2 is governed by a Board of Directors that provides fiduciary oversight, strategic guidance, and accountability in support of the organization’s mission. Additional board members are being recruited to strengthen governance and support organizational growth.
Victor Chenault is a seasoned leader with more than 25 years of experience across automotive manufacturing finance and real estate development. He currently serves in a leadership role at Stellantis overseeing safety and operations at the Detroit Assembly Complex.
With a background that includes real estate development and financial analysis Victor brings strong corporate leadership and community development experience to 5 Generations and 2 supporting its mission to empower families and communities across the Puget Sound region.

Interim Board Member Chair
Tia Nickole Fagan is a strategic program management leader and creative entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience driving operational excellence across global corporate environments. She has held leadership roles at organizations including Amazon Web Services and LexisNexis, where she led complex programs focused on process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale operational execution.
Tia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Six Sigma Green Belt. Her expertise includes building scalable systems, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing data-driven solutions that strengthen organizational performance and long-term growth.
In addition to her corporate leadership, Tia is the founder of Karaoke 2 Go, a mobile entertainment company designed to foster connection, engagement, and community wellness through music and shared experiences. She is also an accomplished actress and active arts advocate, currently serving on the board of a local theater organization and supporting initiatives that expand access to storytelling, education, and the performing arts.
Through her professional and creative work, Tia brings a unique blend of strategic leadership, operational discipline, and cultural engagement to the organizations she supports.
